Stovetop Potato and Green Beans

(served with chunked up ham)

2 large russet potatoes - peeled and cubed
1 can of green bean - with the juice
Water to the top of potatoes

Add all to a pot and simmer on the stove until the potatoes are a little over cooked. Serve with the juice.  Sprinkle cheese on top.  Possible sour cream or cottage cheese.  Serve with Ham Chunks.
