Dutch Oven Trail Biscuits

3 cups finely sifted flour
1 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Mix all dry ingredients together and fold into whipped cream.  Pat out lightly in a 12" greased dutch oven.  Cut into squares and cover.  Bake at 450 degrees until lightly browned (about 12 minutes).
