Pumpkin Strudel

For Cake:
1 box spice cake
1 small can pumpkin (15 oz)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp Mexican vanilla
1/2 tsp Mexican cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp oil or melted butter
2 eggs

Stir all together  and pour batter into a buttered 9 x 13 pan.

For strudel:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4  cup cold butter
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix together until lumpy pea-sized pieces. Sprinkle on top of cake and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
